Clementina was born on November 23, 1933 and passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016.

Clementina was a resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the time of her passing.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4-8PM. Eulogy Service at 7PM. Visitation also Saturday 12 noon ' 1 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 613 South 4th St. Mass of Christian Burial at 1 PM. Interment to follow at Forest Home Cemetery.

Clementina was a civil rights activist and co-founder of La Causa Day Care in Milwaukee who provided a safe haven to those in need.
