Clifford was born on June 26, 1924 and passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019.

Clifford was a resident of Palmer, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Clifford was a 1942 graduate of Wilson High School and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am Wednesday in St. Jane's Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Township. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
