Clifford “Chip” Lee Reddish, Jr., 73 of Salisbury passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at his home in Smyrna, Delaware. Born in Salisbury he was the son of the late Clifford Lee Reddish, Sr. and Louise Truitt Reddish. Chip attended WiHi and in his younger years enjoyed drag racing. He was a Journeyman Electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local 313 and retired in 2009. A United States Vietnam Army Veteran, he was a past member of the American Legion Post 237 in Hebron and the VFW Post 8276 in Delmar. An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed kayaking and fishing but his true passion was his garden. He is survived by his son, Aaron Dennis Reddish; daughter Kate Reddish; grandson, Jackson Reddish; brother, George Gary Reddish; nephew, Mark Reddish; aunt, Joan Causey; and several cousins including Bunky Truitt, Pat Johnson, and Kathy Sheldon. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Colleen Powell; and sisters, Robin Reddish and Linda Reddish. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11 am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may call one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Chip to the charity of your choice.
