Cody was born on May 2, 1991 and passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017.

Cody was a resident of Ohio.

He graduate of Minerva High School.

Cody was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan.

A memorial service will be Friday May 19 2017 at 1:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with minister Chuck Hopkins officiating. There will be no other services.
