With close family at her side, Constance (Connie) Jane Moore Beliveau was called to join the angels on Saturday, June 17th, 2017 after a hard fought battle with cancer. She was a graduate of the Saint Johnsbury Academy class of 1965 and The University of Vermont in 1969, earning her Bachelors of Science degree in medical technology. It was at the University that she met and married Jean-Guy Beliveau her husband of 41 years. Together and with their daughters, friends, and family they were fortunate to go on many adventures immersing themselves in the cultures of other countries while on sabbaticals in Grenoble-France, Cote D'Ivoire-Africa, Christ Church-New Zealand, Besancon-France, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and even a 6 month stretch in Blacksburg, Virginia with Yvan and Joyce Beliveau. In 2000 they crossed the trip of a lifetime off their bucket list and visited the pyramids of Egypt. With a home base of Deauville, Quebec Canada for 13 years and Charlotte, Vermont for 27 years Connie raised four beautiful daughters and helped to raise her grandchildren. She was a wonderful, kind, and supportive daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Connie loved a good game of bridge, reading the daily paper - especially the crossword puzzles, and making her famous strawberry jam. She was a lovely swimmer, skier, and flutist. She worked as a researcher in the Animal Sciences Department at the University of Vermont for a number of years & enjoyed meeting up with her children & husband on campus. Connie was predeceased by her father Donald Moore, her husband Jean-Guy Beliveau, her cousin Bill Moore & her sister-in-law Sonia Moore. Throughout her life she carried on her zest for adventure which she made sure to pass to her children and grand-children heading out on more recent adventures to England & Scotland with her brother, Block Island, Florida, Washington, DC, and her most recent trip to Niagara Falls and the baseball and hockey halls of fame. Connie is survived by her four daughters, Michelle Monroe, Denise Smith & husband Tim Smith, Chantal Beliveau & fiancée Gary Little II, and Lia Beliveau & partner Mike Fulton & by her most precious treasures, her grandchildren, Alexander Davis & his wife Kayla Davis, Martina Monroe, Makela Monroe, Tristyn Beliveau, Mackenzie Smith, Duffy Smith & Nellie Smith. Connie is also survived by her mother Alice Moore, her sister Karen Moore & her daughter Heather Leavitt, her brother Les Moore and his sons Jamie, Jeremy, and David Moore and by countless brother & sister in-laws, nieces & nephews on the Beliveau side.
