Constance was born on October 17, 1955 and passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017.

Constance was a resident of Kansas City, Kansas at the time of passing.

She graduated from St. John the Baptist grade school and Bishop Ward High School.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Kansas City Humane Society.
