Constance was born on April 5, 1934 and passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017.

Constance was a resident of Vermont.

Calling hours will be Wednesday May 17 from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Memorial service begin at 7 p.m. at Sanderson Ducharme Funeral Home 117 South Main Street Middlebury VT.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Addison County Home Health Hospice at P.O. Box 754 Middlebury VT 05753.
