Cosmo was born on May 28, 1943 and passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017.

Cosmo was a resident of Massachusetts.

Cosmo was a Vietnam Navy Veteran.

Visiting hours will be Monday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery Malden.
