Curtis was born on July 31, 1941 and passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

Curtis was a resident of New Mexico at the time of passing.

He was born, July 31, 1941, to the late Elder James E. Wooten and Eva Nell Wooten and was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the U.S. Army.

Interment in Memphis National Cemetery, Wednesday, February 14, at 2:00pm. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 2:00 PM Memphis National Cemetery 3568 Townes Ave. Memphis, Tennessee 38122.
