Curtis was born on January 23, 1966 and passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018.

Curtis was a resident of Brandywine, West Virginia at the time of passing.

Mr. Browning was a graduate of Baileysville High School and a member of the Church of God.

He served with the Army National Guard for 4 years.
