Curtis was born on August 30, 1951 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

Curtis was a resident of Columbus, Ohio at the time of passing.

Curt served his country in the Army during the Vietnam war.

A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home SW chapel 3393 Broadway Grove City OH on Friday October 14 from 5-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 15 beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery 400 Winchester Cemetery Road Canal Winchester OH.
