Cynthia was born on February 23, 1959 and passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
Cynthia was a resident of Kansas at the time of passing.
She graduated in 1977 from Greensboro, North Carolina High School.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, December 6, 2019 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 18 Youth Fund, contributions may be left in care of the funeral home.
