Dale Joseph Brouillette Sr., age 69, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 5, 2019. He was born on Monday, September 26, 1949, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dale was a resident of Independence, Louisiana.

Dale is survived by his wife, Sandra Anzalone Brouillette; daughter, Angel Brouillette; son, Dale Jr. (Tiffany); step-son, Jason Duncan; sister, Margaret Sanders (Lee); sister, Kathi Bowman (Glen); brother, Gary (Sharon); grandchildren, Brittany, Mary Hannah, Samantha, Elizabeth, Emily, Kailyn, Keaton, Jordan and Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Rita Brouillette; twin sister, Gail Rachal (Larry); brother, Sidney (Linda); brother, Terrell; and step-son, Brandon Duncan (Teri).

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, May7, 2019 from 9:00 am until the Funeral Mass starts at 11:00 am at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, 620 3rd Street, Independence, Louisiana 70443.

Interment will follow at Colonial Cemetery, Independence, Louisiana.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
