Darrold was born on September 14, 1944 and passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.

Darrold was a resident of New Boston, Ohio at the time of passing.

After graduating from Lewis County High School he joined and served in the United States Army.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2019, at the D.W. SWICK - NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Greg Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace with military graveside honors provided by the James Irwin Post #622 of the Minford American Legion.
