David was born on October 3, 1948 and passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017.

David was a resident of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He graduated from Har Brack High School in 1965 and received a BS from Penn State University with a Nursing degree and the University of Pittsburgh as a Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Combat Infantry Mens badge, Army Commendation Medal with V Device, Air Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and expert M 16 rifle badge and Purple Heart.

Visitation 2-4 and 5-8 PM Tuesday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights with full military honors.
