David was born on August 9, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017.

David was a resident of Indiana.

David served in the U.S. Air Force during the Viet Nam War.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Cathedral 10:00 AM Saturday May 20 Fr. Jeff Martin officiating with inurnment to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery.

The family requests memorials to either Lafayette Central Catholic High School or NAMI.
