David was born on September 9, 1956 and passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

David was a resident of Wisconsin at the time of passing.

He attended US Grant Elementary School where he and the principal became well acquainted.

Visitation will begin at 9 AM, the service begins at noon.
