David was born on November 2, 1955 and passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

David was a resident of Staten Island, New Jersey at the time of passing.

Visitation will be held on Sunday August 13th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd). A prayer service will be on Monday August 14th at 11:00am with family and friends welcomed beginning at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
