David was born on June 13, 1973 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

David was a resident of Waterbury, Connecticut at the time of passing.

David was married to Stacy.

His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home 809 N. Main St. Ext. Wallingford Saturday December 3 2016 from 12 noon until 1 p.m. with funeral services to follow in the funeral home. Interment will be in the In Memoriam Cemetery in Wallingford.
