David was born on May 13, 1957 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018.

David was a resident of Mooresville, North Carolina at the time of passing.

David received his Bachelor's degree from Lynchburg College.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 15 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel.
