Deborah was born on May 8, 1947 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Deborah was a resident of Maryland.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday May 16 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home 127 South Main Street North East MD. Funeral service conducted by Father Samuel H. Hartman will be held Wednesday May 17 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Mary Anne's Episcopal Church 315 South Main Street North East MD followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Debbie to either St. Mary Annes Episcopal Church or the Cecil County Public Library towards the construction of the new North East Branch of the Library both in care of Crouch Funeral Home.
