Deborah " Debbie " Marsh 71, passed away November 16,2021 in Indianapolis, IN. She was born in Indianapolis to Leon Cottongim and June B Lawson Cottongim on March 7,1950. After graduating from Tech High School, class of 1968, she lived her life in Indianapolis. She was in the banking industry working for, AFNB, Bank One and Chase Bank in various capacities. Debbie currently worked at Dungarvin Indiana and enjoyed helping people with disabilities. Debbie attended Westminster Presbyterian Church, liked to cook and baking was a specialty along with an occasional visit to a casino. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Donald Eugene Marsh (2011) who she was introduced to by longtime friend Deborah Lane. She is survived by a daughter Drew Kathleen Marsh and brother Frank Cottongim wife Darlene and sister- in- law Margaret Cottongim and many nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by a son David Edward Marsh (1989) and brothers Daniel, Stephen and Robert Cottongim. She will be missed by her friends and family. Contributions are requested to Down Syndrome Indiana. Visitation will be Sunday Nov 21,2021 from 1 PM until 4 PM at Hendryx Mortuary Cumberland Chapel 11636 East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN. 46229. Graveside Ceremony will be on Monday at Washington Park East Cemetery at 11 AM. Hendryx Mortuary is honored to be assisting the family with the arrangements.
