Debra was born on November 28, 1952 and passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Debra was a resident of Oregon.

She graduated as valedictorian from Jackson High School in Portland in 1971.

The family requests that memorial gifts may be given to Emmaus Lutheran Church or to Jasper Mountain. Musgrove in Eugene will handle the arrangements.
