Debra was born on March 17, 1949 and passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.

Debra was a resident of Oakland City, Indiana at the time of passing.

Debbie graduated from Lincoln High School in Vincennes, IN.

Debbie is survived by her husband, David DeSchamp of Oakland City; son, Chris DeSchamp (Danai) of Fishers, IN, daughter, Amy Harpenau (Ryan) of Jasper, IN; son, Matthew DeSchamp (Beth) of Jasper, IN; brother, Bill Welsh (Patty) of Bowling Green, KY; and 8 grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. (CST) on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Montgomery Cemetery in Oakland City, with Pastor Joe Collins officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. (CST) on Friday at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, IN.
