Delbert was born on February 7, 1934 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Delbert was a resident of Dresden, Ohio at the time of passing.

Born February 7, 1934 in Norwich, Ohio he was a son of the late Vibert and Marie (Darner) Bales Nelson and was a 1951 graduate of New Concord High School.

Calling hours will be 5pm to 8pm Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street. Funeral services will be 10:30am Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the funeral home with Father Donald Franks officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
