Delbert was born on February 17, 1933 and passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

Delbert was a resident of Ivanhoe, Texas at the time of passing.

He graduated from Chester High School where he excelled in sports.

He was a member of the Mt. Hope Masonic Lodge and Past Master & Past District Deputy Grand Master and a member of the Scottish Rite. Visitation will be held Monday, August 14, 2017 from 5 - 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Warren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Warren with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chester.
