Dennis was born on May 15, 1973 and passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016.

Dennis was a resident of Calumet City, Illinois at the time of his passing.

He was a graduate of Lake Central High School. and Purdue Calumet where he received a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Memorial service is scheduled for Friday Oct. 14 from 11:30-1:00 at Castle Hill Funeral Home at 1219 Sheffield Ave in Dyer IN. He will be cremated at a later date.
