Dewayne was born on April 2, 1958 and passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Dewayne was a resident of Gallatin, Tennessee at the time of passing.

Dewayne was a graduate of Madison High School, class of 1976, and also attended The Tennessee Technological Center at Nashville State.

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 16th from 2:00-4:00pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home. On Sunday, September 17th, visitation will be from 2:00-3:00pm at First Baptist Church in Hendersonville at 106 Bluegrass Commons Blvd, followed by service at 3:00pm.
