Dolores Marie Fitzpatrick, 81, of Marquette, entered eternal life Monday, March 23, 2015, at her home, under the loving care of her family and Lake Superior Hospice following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Dolores married the love of her life, James Fitzpatrick on January 8, 1953. Together they raised and loved their three children unconditionally. Dolores worked at Vollworth's Meat Company and seasonally at Woolworth's after having her children, ensuring they had a happy Christmas. Through good times and the worst of times, the love Jim and Dolores had for each other endured. Dolores was preceded in death by her parent's; son, James; brothers, Clarence (Buzz) and Ronald Brisson; grandson, Allen William Fortin, Jr; and great-granddaughter, Alyssa Jo Anderson. A special thank you to Dr. Jennifer Dehlin, Lake Superior Hospice and Deacon David Adler, your compassion will always be remembered. A celebration of Dolores' life will be held May 3, 2015 from 1 to 5 p.m. at 2590 Werner Street, Marquette.
