Donald was born on February 9, 1938 and passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017.

Donald was a resident of Marietta, Georgia at the time of passing.

He attended the Atlanta Speech School, the Central Institute for the Deaf in St Louis, Mo., and the Georgia School for the Deaf in Cave Spring, Ga.
