Donald was born on April 9, 1938 and passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016.

Donald was a resident of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

Duke was a 1956 graduate of G.A.R. High School.

He was married to Judith (Davis) Loftus.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 9 am from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Avenue, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 9:30 in Our Lady of Fatima Parish at St. Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception, 134 S. Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Family and friends may call on Monday, October 10, 2016, from 4 ' 7 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to The David A. Evans, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund, Holy Redeemer High School, 159 South Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilkes-Barre, PA' 18702.
