Donald was born on September 6, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016.

Donald was a resident of Frizzellburg, Maryland at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Taneytown High School, class of '57. He was also a graduate of Frostburg College and earned his Masters Degree at the University of West Virginia.

Donald was married to Shirley Wantz Unger.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD with the Rev. Andrew Reisberg officiating. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m.until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
