Donald was born on January 30, 1929 and passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017.

Donald was a resident of Michigan.

He served his country during Korea in the U.S. Army.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 23 12:00 P.M. at the Sparta United Methodist Church with Rev. Lou Grettenberger officiating. Military Honors by the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may meet the family at the Funeral home on Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Monday 5 to 8 P.M. and Wednesday at the Church 1 hour prior to the service.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Sparta Hunting and Fishing Club in which he took special pride.
