Donald was born on November 17, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Donald was a resident of Hanover, Maryland at the time of passing.

He graduated from Westminster High School in 1964.

He served in the Army Reserve for 26 years, retiring as First Sergeant in 1991 from the 195th Heavy Maintenance Co. in Westminster.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 7:15 P.M, by the Westminster Moose Lodge, followed by a Funeral Service at 7:30 P.M at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Service 254 E. Main St. Westminster on Wednesday April 18, 2018. Interment will be private. Visitation at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A. from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on April 18, 2018.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. Contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
