She was born in Keyser on November 24, 1936, a daughter of the late Roy Alexander Miller and Bernice Mae (Brown) Miller.
Donna enjoyed many activities, including quilting, ceramics, sewing, and baking. In her early years, she was very active in her church, Central United Methodist Church, in Fairmont, where she participated in the Women's Society, the Esther Circle, and sang in the church choir. She helped with preparations for many festivities and dinners in an effort to further the Lord's work, and she enjoyed that time spent with friends and her church family.

She is survived by her two children, Victoria Lynne "Vicky" (Goff) Steele, of Grafton, and Scott Linn Goff, of Smyrna, Georgia; two grandsons, C. Matthew Steele, of Ashikaga, Japan, and Timothy J. Steele, of Charleston; and two great-granddaughters, Ibuki of Ashikaga, Japan, and Alorianna Holly, to be born in July 2018,
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Harold Lyn Goff; her sister, Yvonne Wilson, of San Antonio, Texas; her brother, Richard Miller, of Dover, Delaware; her son-in-law, Charles G. Steele; and by a granddaughter, Holly Elizabeth Steele.
