Dorothea Jean (Dottie) Ozenick passed away peacefully on April 8, 2018 in Roseville, California. She was born in Fairchance, Pennsylvania on September 7th, 1927 to Ernest and Velma Dodrill. Her first two years of marriage to Phil Ozenick, (Phd, Colonel, USAF Retired) were spent at Narsarsuaq Air Force Base, Greenland where her daughter, Patti Jean was born. Her son, Mark was born at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and now resides in Arlington Texas. She was a member of the Tinker Air Force Base Wive's Club where she shunned the presidency of the club to avoid the limelight while she raised her two children. Her travels with Phil included Greenland, Oklahoma, Michigan, Germany, New York, California and Virginia, eventually retiring in Roseville with her husband of 71 years. She has three great grandchildren, Aubrey Metzner, Emerson Runyan, William Runyan. She is survived by her husband, Phil Ozenick of Roseville, her sister, Ernestine Cook of Maryland, Linda Crayton of Pennsylvania, and brothers David Dodrill of Delaware and Rodney Dodrill of Tennessee. Viewing will be held on April 12th at Cochrane & Wagemann Funeral Home in Roseville from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 13th 2018, 10:00 AM at Roseville Cemetery.
