Douglas was born on December 15, 1960 and passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017.

Douglas was a resident of Crown Point, Indiana at the time of his passing.

Doug was a graduate of Crown Point High School class of 1979.

Visitation will be held at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E 113th Ave/South St, Crown Point, IN 46307 on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E 113th Ave/South St, Crown Point, IN 46307 with Reverend Mark Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Crown Point, IN.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crown Point Jr. Bulldog Football.
