Douglas was born on September 30, 1949 and passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.

Douglas was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

His Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday May 18, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 33 N. 2nd Street, Steelton, with Rev. Tonya Eza, officiating. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
