Douglas passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016.

Douglas was a resident of Barrington, Illinois at the time of passing.

Doug proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1965 and served with the U.S. Navy Presidential Honor Guard.

Douglas was married to Nancy.

Visiting hours will be from 2 6 PM at Pyne-Keohane Funeral Home 21 Emerald St. Hingham Massachusetts on Sunday October 16. Funeral Mass in St Pauls Church 147 North Street Hingham Monday October 17 at 10:00 AM. Doug will be laid to rest at St. Pauls cemetery Hingham.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation.
