Mr. Eddie Savage, 75, of Sylvester died Monday December 25, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Savage was born on November 30, 1942 in Winchester, IL, to the late Leo and Beulah Savage. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Mr. Savage was the Owner of Fleet Star Trucking Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid CB Radio enthusiasts.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Vaughn of Sylvester; son, Chris Savage of Leslie; daughters, Sarah Savage of Macon and Monica Savage of Clearwater, FL; step-daughter, Susan Vaughn of Valdosta; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a number of brothers, sisters and extended family members.
In addition to his parents Mr. Savage was preceded in death by a son, Keith Savage.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.
