Edward Eugene Paprzycki (Ed) was born on March 28th,1943 in North East Philadelphia to Edward J. and Louise Papryzcki . He graduated from Olney High school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1961 and then enlisted in the United States Air force where he served as a civil engineering electrician until he was honorably discharged in 1965. After being discharged from the military, Edward moved to Washington, D.C. where he attended George Washington University. He earned his associate's degree in business. While attending college, Edward worked for Xerox corporation as a technical representative until 1972. He then worked for Dyna-Lease corporation with the following titles: technical representative, regional service manager and field engineering trainer. Edward worked in his field for more than 40 years before retiring in 2005. He still continued to work for several years after that as security guard. His many hobbies included: woodworking, investment, spending time with his family, rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles or Washington Redskins, gardening, cooking and going to the beach. He resided in Chevy Chase, Maryland for 40 years before settling in at Fenwick Landing assisted living facility where he gained a large extended family. Edward is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Louise Paprzycki. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Deanna H. Paprzycki, step-daughter Deborah Nelson (Stephen Nelson, Sr.) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, step-daughter Kim Bejeck of Bowie, Maryland, Step-son William Bejeck Jr.( Beth Bejeck) of Boyd's Maryland, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
