Edward was born on January 27, 1949 and passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017.

Edward was a resident of Kentucky.

Mr. Parker served 27 years in the United States Navy and went through all enlisted ranks and retired as a Lieutenant Commander.

Funeral will be 11 am Friday at Maysville Church of the Nazarene. Burial at sea. Visitation will be 5-8 pm on Thursday at the church.
