Mr. Lotz was born on June 25, 1922 and passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018.

Mr. Lotz was a resident of Tinton Falls, New Jersey at the time of passing.

After the War, he graduated from Curtis High School on Staten Island.

Ned served in the Second World War with the United States Army Air Force as a flight instructor for the P-47 Thunderbolt fighter planes from 1942 to 1946.
