Eileen was born on December 29, 1923 and passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017.

Eileen was a resident of Ohio.

Eileen graduated from Liberty Union High School in the class of 1941.

Services will be held at 1PM officiated by Rev. Jill Dunlap Sat. June 17 2017 at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME in Baltimore OH. Calling hours will be 11:00AM to 1:00PM with the funeral service to follow. Burial will follow services at Basil Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her memory to Trinity United Church of Christ at 105 High St. Baltimore OH 43105.
