Eldon was born on August 31, 1939 and passed away in January 2018.

Eldon was a resident of Newton, Kansas at the time of passing.

Eldon was a graduate of Newton High School and attended one year of college before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1961 where he served until 1967.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 12 th at the Newton Christian Church. Military Honors will be presented at the church following the funeral service. A public visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11 th at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.
