Elga was born on August 22, 1927 and passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018.

Elga was a resident of Quincy, Florida at the time of passing.

She graduated from Quincy High School Class of 1946.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11:00AM at the First Baptist Church of Lake City with Rev. Robert Bass and nephew Rev. Joe Butler officiating the service. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with family with the family will be held 1 hour before Service time (10:00AM - 11:00AM) at the First Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 3596 S US Hwy 441, Lake City, Fl., 32025, (386) 752-1954, Visitation at the First Baptist Church of Lake City from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on February 15, 2018.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Lake City, 182 Justice Street, Lake City, FL 32055 and Haven Hospice, 6037 West US Highway 90, Lake City, FL 32055.
