Ellis was born on December 17, 1928 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Ellis was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.

He served his country in the U.S. Navy during W.W. II and the Korean War.

Survived by his wife of 50 years, Helen J. Bush; eight children, Dave (Cathy) Bush, Danny (Susan) McCullough, Dorothy (Tim) Sands, Mack McCullough, Michael (Andrea) McCullough, Ann Marie (Gary) Macarie, Michelle (Gene) Reichard, Debra (Richard Cosgrove) Scott; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Minnie Sue and Vera Services will be Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Visitation from Noon to 12:45; Masonic services at 12:45 pm followed by funeral at 1 pm officiated by Pastor Paul White. Private burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
