Elma was very ready to walk the Streets of Gold. She was anxious to meet her Lord and Savior in that heavenly city and to be reunited with her loved ones there.
Elma Dillman, 97 years of Wausau, died peaceful on October 7, 2016 at home with her daughter by her side.
Elma was born in Yale, South Dakota in 1919. She was the 15th child of 16 children. She graduated from Yale High School.
Elma married Peter Dillman of Milwaukee and lived their married life in Milwaukee, WI.
Elma is survived by her daughter Monica (Joseph) Beitler of Scandia, MN and six grandchildren, Laeola, Kevin, Nathan, Rachael, Philip, and Sarah, and 12 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her son Mark (Dianne) Dillman of Wausau, WI and two grandchildren Dana (Steve) Schubring and Amber (Jason) Gober and 6 great grandchildren.
Elma lost an infant son, Clark, and eight brothers, seven sisters, and her husband, Peter.
We rejoice that she is finally home.
Visitation will take place on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Brainard Funeral Home – Everest Chapel; 5712 Memorial Court, Weston from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a service at 6:30 pm.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Beloit Road Baptist Church, 8337 Beloit Rd., Milwaukee, WI. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until the time of service at the church. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Milwaukee.
