Elmer was born on July 12, 1948 and passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

Elmer was a resident of Camden, Indiana at the time of his passing.

Joe was a graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and got an Associates Degree from Ivy Tech College in Heating and Air Conditioning.

Joe served his country in the US Navy during Vietnam.

He was married to Judith.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday November 29 2016 at 10:00 am at Genda Funeral Home Rossville Chapel with Pastor Dan Gottschalk officiating with burial to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday November 28 2016 at Genda Funeral Home Rossville Chapel.

Memorials can be given to the Christian Life Church Building Fund or Camden United Methodist Church.
