Elmer was born on February 26, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018.

Elmer was a resident of Uhrichsville, Ohio at the time of passing.

Skip was a lifelong resident of Uhrichsville and a graduate of Uhrichsville High School before earning his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Uhrichsville First Presbyterian Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
